McNeilus Steel is a family-operated, full line metals service center headquartered in Dodge Center, Minnesota. The company was founded in 1948 and has more than 450 employees and three warehouses located among Minnesota and Wisconsin.
McNeilus has a reputation of taking care of its employees; the company provides extensive programs in work-site safety, wellness and healthcare. Beginning January 2017, McNeilus offered the Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) to its employees and partners. Participants appreciate the generosity and improved health.

Winona State University-Rochester collaborates with Rochester Community and Technical College to offer a number of degree-seeking programs, allowing students to complete any one of 12 baccalaureate degrees by transferring lower-division credits from RCTC and completing upper-level courses at WSU-Rochester. Students can also complete numerous undergraduate minors and 16 different graduate programs, all at WSU-Rochester.

The Diversity Council began in 1989 as Building Equality Together (BET) when the leadership of Rochester Public Schools recognized the need to combat racism and discrimination in our schools. School district staff worked with community leaders to form an independent nonprofit organization to meet this need.
Since that time, the Diversity Council’s focus has grown to include not only students, but people of every age; not just race, but age, socioeconomic class, religion, gender, sexual orientation, physical & mental disabilities, and the full spectrum of human difference.
Lotus Health Foundation provides evidence-based education and preventive services to empower individuals to successfully manage or prevent chronic illness and decrease medical costs through healthy lifestyle management and resulting decreased need for medical interventions.
